In continuation to disclosure dated 05.09.2024 and accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Dilip Buildcon has informed that the company has received the letter of acceptance (LOA) for ‘Construction of Twin Tube Unidirectional Tunnel (2-Lanes in each Traffic Direction) in the Kozhikode and Wayanad Districts of Kerala State on Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) Basis including Four Lane approach Road for Direct Connectivity Between Anakkampoyil - Kalladi - Meppadi from Km 0.460 to Km 8.735 - (Project length=8.275 km)- Package-II’. Further, the detailed disclosure as required pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), as amended from time to time, read with SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 is exhibited as ‘Annexure A’. Further, as per Company's Code of conduct of Prevention of insider trading and pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all insiders, designated persons and their immediate relatives, connected persons, fiduciaries and intermediaries shall be closed till 48 hours from the date the said information generally made available with the public.
