Vardhman Special Steels has informed that the EGM of the Members of Vardhman Special Steels will be held on June 25, 2025, to seek approval of the Members of the Company for fund raising by way of preferential issue of equity shares of the Company. The members of the Company will consider and approve the offer, issuance and allotment of 14,770,100 (fourteen million seven hundred and seventy thousand and one hundred) equity shares having a face value of INR 10 (Indian Rupees Ten) per equity share for an aggregate amount of INR 3,849,088,060 (Indian Rupees Three Billion Eight Hundred Forty Nine Million Eighty Eight Thousand and Sixty only) to Aichi Steel Corporation (ASC), a Japanese corporation, incorporated in Japan, by way of a preferential allotment on private placement basis.
