Innovative Tech Pack has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of Innovative Tech Pack (the Company) will be closed with effect from 1st July, 2025 in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The Trading Window shall remain closed until the 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2025. The date of the Board meeting at which the said results will be considered shall be intimated to you in due course of time.
