Ducon Infratechnologies has informed that as per the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated persons in terms of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from 1st July, 2025 and shall continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the dissemination of the Un-audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company (both days inclusive) for the quarter ended 30th June, 2025. The date of the Board Meeting to consider the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2025 shall be intimated separately.
