Jiya Eco-Products has informed that in accordance with the Company’s code of conduct for trading by designated persons and Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, the trading window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed from 21st June, 2025 till 21st July, 2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of implementation of corporate actions considered, in pursuance of Resolution Plan approved by NCLT vide its order dated 11th December, 2024. Accordingly, all the designated persons are informed not to enter into any transaction involving securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
