Indo National has informed that it enclosed the proceedings of the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Convened Meeting of the Equity Shareholders of the Company held today, Saturday, June 21, 2025, through Video Conferencing / Other Audio-Visual Means in compliance with the applicable Circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the SEBI. The Meeting commenced at 10:02 AM (IST). However, as the requisite quorum was not present, the Meeting was adjourned for 30 minutes in accordance with the NCLT Order. The Meeting thereafter commenced at 10:32 AM (IST) and concluded at 10.37 AM (IST). The detailed result along with the Scrutinizer’s report will be disseminated in course of time.
