Pursuant to the regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Regulations) Regulation, 2015, Superior Industrial Enterprises has informed that Anmol Sharma, Company Secretary Cum Compliance Officer of the Company (Key Managerial Person) has resigned with effect from 21st June, 2025 and decided to pursue a career outside the company. Her last working day is from the close of the business hours with effect from 21st June, 2025. Her successor shall be appointed in due course and the same shall be intimated to the Stock exchange. The details as required under regulation 30 of the Listing Agreement regulation read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 are given in the enclosed annexure I.
