Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘LODR’) and in accordance with the requirements of sub-clause 16(g) of Clause A of Part A of Schedule III of the LODR, Mep Infrastructure Developers has informed that the 15th Meeting of Committee of Creditors (meeting held pursuant to Hon’ble NCLT Order dated 28th March, 2024) was held on Friday, 20th June, 2025. The company has further informed that since the Company Secretary of the Company had resigned with effect from 03rd March, 2025, the Company inadvertently skipped to inform the Exchange about the 13th and 14th Meeting of the Committee of Creditors held on 23rd May, 2025 and 02nd June, 2025 respectively. The Company has always adhered with the timelines of the Exchange and has been compliant of the rules and regulations of the Exchange.
