Diamant Infrastructure has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company for all the designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from 01st July, 2025 for the purpose of consideration of Un-audited financial results for the Quarter ended 30 th June, 2025 until the expiry of 48 (forty-eight) hours after the declaration of aforesaid financial results. The date of Board Meeting to consider the audited financial results for the Quarter ended 30 th June 2025 will be intimated separately.
