Pursuant to SEBI (Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and clarification issued by BSE vide Circular No. LIST/COMP/O1/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019; Zinema Media And Entertainment has informed that the trading window for dealing in shares of the company shall remain closed from 01st July 2025 to 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended on 30th June 2025 for Designated Person, Designated Employee and their Immediate Relatives. The date of Board Meeting of the company for consideration and declaration of unaudited financial result for the Quarter ended on 30th June 2025 will be intimated later. The Trading window will remain closed for above mentioned period for Designated Person, Designated Employee and their Immediate Relatives in terms of “Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons' and their immediate relative” have been advised not to deal in the securities of the Company from 01st July, 2025 up to the completion of 48 hours alter declaration of Results.
