In compliance of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, Waaree Renewable Technologies has informed that ‘WAAREERTL’ has signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the execution of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) work of solar power project of 100 MWp capacity on Turnkey basis. The details are required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, is enclosed as ‘Annexure A’. The MoU has been signed by the Company on June 20, 2025, at 6:00 pm (IST).
