Pursuant to the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, Hisar Spinning Mills has informed that the trading window shall remain closed from Tuesday, July 01, 2025 till the completion of 48 hours of declaration of the financial results i.e. 48 hours after the conclusion of Board Meeting wherein the financial results of the company for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 will be considered and declared (both days inclusive). During the aforesaid period, the directors and designated employees cannot deal (either purchase or sell) in the shares of the Company.
