Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Prohibition of Unfair Trade Practices related to the securities market, Indian Energy Exchange has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from Tuesday, July 1, 2025, till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ending June 30, 2025.
