Music Broadcast has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of Music Broadcast will remain closed for all Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives from Tuesday, July 1, 2025, until 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 in terms of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended from time to time), circulars issued by the stock exchanges and Company's Code of Conduct. The date of the Board Meeting for the said Results shall be intimated to the Stock Exchanges in due course.
