Pritika Auto Industries’ subsidiary -- Pritika Engineering Components has received approval from board of directors for investment of up to $1,00,000 in 10,00,000 shares of $0.10 value per share of Omnia Engineering Inc., a company incorporated in the State of Delaware in USA, in one or more tranches. After investment in the above shares, Omnia Engineering Inc. will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Pritika Engineering Components, and Step-down Subsidiary of Pritika Auto Industries.
Pritika Auto Industries is engaged in the manufacturing of tractor and automobile components.
