MSTC informs about closure of trading window

MSTC has informed that the Trading Window, as defined in the Company’s Code of Conduct pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 shall remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from 1st July, 2025 up to forty eight hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30' June, 2025 to the Stock Exchanges. During the said closure period, all designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in MSTC’s equity shares.
