Bandhan Bank has opened 18 new branches across four states in the country. Of the 18, seven new branches were in Jharkhand, five in Andhra Pradesh and three each in Bihar and Odisha. The bank will now have 6,300 banking outlets across the country.
Bandhan Bank is an Indian banking and financial services company headquartered in Kolkata, West Bengal. Bandhan, which started as a micro-finance company in 2001, received banking licence by Reserve Bank of India in 2014.
