Dhampure Specialty Sugars has informed that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on August 30, 2013 has accorded its consent to appoint Ziaul Hasan Khan as whole-time Company secretary and Compliance Officer of the company on terms and conditions laid down in letter of appointment. The said appointment will take place with effect from August 30, 2013. He will perform the duties which may be performed by a Secretary under the Companies Act, 1956 and any other duties assigned to him by the Board from time to time. Ziaul Hasan Khan vide his letter dated August 30, 2013 has consented to act as Company Secretary of the company.
