Inter State Oil Carrier has informed that pursuant to the Circular issued by BSE in its letter vide Ref No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02 April, 2019 with respect to clarification regarding trading restriction period, SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, and the Company's Insider Trading Code of Conduct, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in securities of the Company shall stand closed from Tuesday, 01st July, 2025 for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives of the Company till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the 1st quarter ended 30th June, 2025. The date of the Board meeting for consideration and approval of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the 1st quarter ended 30th June, 2025 would be intimated in due course.
