In furtherance to its outcome of the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company dated 8th December, 2023, Lloyds Metals and Energy has informed that it has been granted Environmental Clearance by the Ministry of Environment, Forest, and Climate Change, Government of India (IA Division) on 25th June, 2025 for increase in mining capacity to 55 MTPA. In line with the above, it has attached additional details pertaining to the receipt of the said clearance. The same is also available on the Company’s website at www.lloyds.in.
