POCL Enterprises has completed the acquisition of 40% of the Equity shares and 85% of the Non-cumulative Non-Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares of PlanetFirst Green (Planetfirst) from the existing shareholders and promoters of Planetfirst by executing Shareholders’ Agreement and Share Purchase Agreement for a total consideration of Rs 19 crore. By this acquisition, PlanetFirst Green becomes an Associate company of POCL Enterprises.
PlanetFirst Green is engaged in the business of Lead recycling. The acquisition of a lead recycling business aligns with the company’s strategic goals of boosting resource efficiency and growing its market share. This acquisition is expected to create significant value for POEL through synergies with existing PlanetFirst shareholders.
