Nitta Gelatin India has informed that, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives, from Tuesday, 01st July, 2025 till 48 hours after the announcement of the Un-Audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ending on 30th June 2025, to the Stock Exchange.
