In compliance with the relevant Circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India, the Notice of the 23rd AGM and Annual Report for FY 2024-25 is circulated only through electronic means to the Members, who have registered their email Ids with the Company/ Depositories.
