Gujarat Industries Power Company jumps on commissioning 105 MW out of 600 MW Solar Project at Khavda

Gujarat Industries Power Company is currently trading at Rs. 211.00, up by 4.15 points or 2.01% from its previous closing of Rs. 206.85 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 210.85 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 213.00 and Rs. 209.05 respectively. So far 14743 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 268.25 on 17-Dec-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 148.15 on 03-Mar-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 214.30 and Rs. 191.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3273.50 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 56.57%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 17.28% and 26.15% respectively. 

Gujarat Industries Power Company has commissioned 105 MW out of 600 MW Solar Power Project, located within the 2,375 MW Renewable Energy Park at Khavda, Great Rann of Kutch.

Earlier, the company had commenced the commercial operation and power supply of 50 MW second phase of the 75 MW Group Captive Solar Project at Vastan.
