Sanghvi Movers has informed that Sham Dattatraya Kajale has tendered his resignation from the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company, with effect 30 June 2025. There are no material reasons for his resignation. The resignation has been submitted citing personal reasons and to pursue a new career path that aligns with his professional and personal aspirations. Consequently, Kajale shall be relieved of his duties with effect from the close of business hours on 30 June 2025. The Management places on record its sincere appreciation for the valuable contribution and services rendered during his association with the Company.
