PVV Infra has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st July, 2025 till 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the declaration of Un-Audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Further, the date of the Board Meeting for considering the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 will be intimated in due course. Accordingly, all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are hereby advised not to trade in the Securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
