Further, Pursuant to the Company's Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from Tuesday, July 1, 2025, till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of such financial results. During this period of closure of the trading window, all designated persons including insiders and their immediate relatives, are prohibited to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company.
