SpiceJet has informed that in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed with effect from July 1, 2025 for the designated persons till the declaration of un-audited financial results of the Company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2025 and forty-eight hours thereafter. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for declaration of un-audited financial results of the Company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2025 will be intimated in due course.
