Further to its intimation dated 6th February 2025 and 24th June 2025, and pursuant to Regulation 30 read with III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems India has informed that Paramjit Singh Chadha (DIN: 06972549) who has been appointed as the Managing Director of the Company, has joined the Company, today 1st July 2025 and taken over the office of the Managing Director. The said appointment was approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 6th February 2025 and subsequently by the shareholders through postal ballot process concluded on 21st June 2025. The details required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July, 2023 was already filed along with the intimation made on 6th February 2025.
