Rainbow Children's Medicare has completed the acquisition of 76% of fully diluted equity share capital and 100% of Non-Convertible Redeemable Preference shares (NCRPS) of the M/s. Prashanthi Medicare. Subsequent to the acquisition, Prashanthi Medicare has become a subsidiary of the company.
Earlier, the compony had signed a definitive agreement to acquire a majority stake in Prashanthi Medicare (Prashanthi Hospital) at Warangal - the second-largest district and a prominent business hub of Telangana.
