Qualitek Labs has informed that the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March 2024, pursuant to Regulation 34 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The Annual Report, which was required to be submitted earlier, is being filed today due to an inadvertent delay. They sincerely regret this oversight and assure that necessary measures are being undertaken to ensure timely compliance going forward.
