Arkade Developers has received approval for execution of a share purchase agreement (SPA) for the acquisition of 100% shares in Filmistan (FPL), pursuant to which FPL will become the wholly owned subsidiary of the company. The cost of the acquisition is around Rs 182.95 crore.
The objective of the acquisition is to facilitate smoother expansion of operations in the real estate sector. It will aid in the development and growth of the company’s real estate business. The Board of Directors of the company in their meeting held on July 03, 2025, has approved the same.
Arkade Developers is primarily engaged in real estate development. The operations of the company span all aspects of real estate development, from the identification and acquisition of land, to planning, execution, construction and marketing of Commercial and residential projects.
