In accordance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the 1st Quarter ended June 30, 2025 of FY2025-26, based on the confirmation certificate received from GNSA Infotech, Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) of the Company, Refex Renewables & Infrastructure has confirmed that with respect to 05 physical share certificates (comprising 500 equity shares) received for dematerialisation of securities (equity shares) of the Company, following actions have been taken by the RTA: a) the securities comprised in the said certificates have been listed on the stock exchange, namely, BSE; b) the securities received from the depository participant(s) for dematerialisation were confirmed (accepted) to the depositories (NSDL/CDSL); and c) the said certificates, after due verification have been mutilated and cancelled and the name of the depository has been substituted in its records as the registered owner.
