Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations and in furtherance of its earlier intimation submitted to BSE on June, 25, 2025, Hampton Sky Realty has informed that vide Notification No.2/1/2022-2Cabinet/3575 published in the Punjab Government Gazette dated July, 03, 2025, the Hon’ble Governor of Punjab, on the advice of Chief Minister has appointed Sanjeev Arora, Chairman Cum Managing Director and Promoter Shareholder of the Company, as Cabinet Minister in the Council of Ministers. Sanjeev Arora has taken the oath of office and secrecy and has assumed charge of his duties with effect from July 03, 2025. A copy of the aforementioned Gazette Notification is enclosed.
