Globe Civil Projects has emerged as the lowest bidder for a Rs 71 crore project of Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur (IIT Kanpur) to construct Kotak School of Sustainability. The project involves construction of Kotak School of Sustainability including Finishing Works; Water Supply Sanitary installations, Electrical, Fire-fighting system, Automatic Fire Alarm & PA System, Solar PV System, Telephone Data System, CCTV, LIFTS, Mechanical Ventilation (HVAC) and Development Works at IIT Kanpur Campus. The project is to be completed within 16 months.
