PVP Ventures has informed that the notice issued by the Department of Registration, Government of Tamil Nadu lacked merits and that the company would pursue vigorous legal action. Accordingly, the company filed a writ petition before the Hon’ble High Court of Madras challenging the said demand notice. The Hon’ble High Court, by its order dated 19 th June 2025, the order copy was made available only late in the evening yesterday, 10th July 2025, has set aside the demand notice issued by the Department of Registration, Government of Tamil Nadu. A copy of the Hon’ble High Court’s order is attached.
