JK Tyre & Industries has informed that pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with relevant SEBI circular, the Company vide its letter dated 17th March 2024 informed regarding receipt of an Order from GST Authorities pertaining to reversal of input tax credit aggregating to Rs 8.78 crores and interest thereon along with penalty of Rs 8.78 Crores against which an appeal was filed by the Company. The Company has now received an Order from the Commissioner (Appeals), the details of which are given in Annexure A.
