In terms of Regulation 30 read with part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the Listing Regulations), Kamadgiri Fashion has informed that, Board of Directors in their meeting held today i.e. 15th July, 2025 has considered and approved the following: Unaudited Financial Results along with Limited Review Report as submitted by the statutory auditor of the Company for the First Quarter Ended 30th June, 2025; Accordingly, the Unaudited Financial Results for the First Quarter Ended 30th June, 2025 along with Limited Review Report are attached herewith as ‘Annexure I’; Annual Report and Director’s Report of the Company for the Financial Year 2024- 25; Re-Appointment of DMKH & Co., Chartered Accountants as a Statutory auditor of the Company for the second term of 5 (five) consecutive years from the conclusion of the 38th AGM until the conclusion of the 43rd AGM, subject to approval of the members at the ensuing AGM.
