Chennai Meenakshi Multispeciality Hospital has informed that the board of Directors at their meeting held on 30th May, 2024 had severally authorized the Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer of the Company besides the Company Secretary to sign various e-forms/documents/agreements relating to various statutory, regulatory, judicial and quasi-judicial bodies, Government Authorities, State Government, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Stock Exchange, Securities and Exchange Board of India and other authority, departments, suppliers and other parties for and on behalf of the company wherever required. Pursuant to the Resignation of Bharatraj Panchal, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company as informed under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, vide its letter dated 12thJuly 2025, it has informed that the correspondence between the Company and the Stock Exchange will be made by the Managing Director or Chief Executive Officer of the Company until the appointment of a new Company Secretary.
