Apollo Tyres has informed that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors through Circular Resolution, passed today, approved the Appointment of Mahalakshmi Ramaswami as Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO), a senior management Personnel of the Company, with effect from July 16, 2025. Further, consequent to the change in reporting structure pursuant to the aforesaid appointment, Dipankar Ghosh, Group Head- HRBP (Manufacturing & Projects) will not form part of the senior management, as defined under Regulation 16 (1) (d) of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, with effect from July 16, 2025. Details as required in terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, read with SEBI Master Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 are annexed to this letter (Annexures A & B).
