Berger Paints India has informed that in reference to communication dated 14th May, 2025 wherein it was informed that the Board of Directors, at its meeting held on Wednesday, 14th May, 2025 had recommended payment of dividend at Rs 3.80 per equity share (380%) of face value of Re 1 each for the Financial Year 2024-25, subject to approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing 101st Annual General Meeting of the Company and its subsequent communication dated 11th July, 2025 in relation to Annual General Meeting, Book Closure and Dividend. Further, in accordance with Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Record Date for determining the entitlements of the shareholders for payment of aforesaid dividend shall be Tuesday, 5th August, 2025.
