Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, Mangalam Organics has informed that there was occurrence of fire Incident at one of the division of Camphor plant of the Company located at Kumbhivali Village, Savroli Kharpada Road, Khopoli -410203, Dist.Raigad, Maharashtra, on July 16, 2025 at 10:50 pm. The Camphor division has been shut down following the fire incident. The fire was successfully contained but resulted in major damage to the plant and machinery. However, the Company is in the process of ascertaining the actual loss caused by the fire. Fortunately, there has been no loss or injury to human life. The Company is taking all the adequate steps to ensure refunctioning of the plant at the earliest. Meanwhile, they have informed the insurance company as well about this fire incidence and in process to file the claims for the loss / damage caused because of the fire as the entire factory and goods therein are adequately insured. The estimated loss is currently being assessed and will be communicated in due course.
