Manorama Industries has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29, 33 and other applicable regulation if any of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, (hereinafter referred to as the Listing Regulations 2015, the meeting of the Board of Directors of Manorama Industries is scheduled to be held on Friday, July 25, 2025 to consider the following: 1) Approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 along with the Limited Review Report. In reference to Trading Window Closure intimation dated June 26, 2025 to the stock exchanges i.e. BSE and National Stock Exchange of India (NSE), further informed that the trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for its designated persons shall remain closed up to 48 hours post declaration of the said unaudited financial results. Accordingly the trading window will be closed till Sunday July 27, 2025.
