Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility has informed that O P Rathi & Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 108718W), who were appointed as Internal Auditors of the Company for the Financial Year 2025-26, have tendered their resignation vide letter dated 18th July 2025. The resignation of the Internal Auditors is effective immediately from the close of business hours on 18th July 2025. In compliance with Regulation 30 read with Para A(7) of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations Sebi Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-POD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 Dated July 13, 2023 and the Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November 2024, the requisite details of the pertaining to the resignation are enclosed as Annexure-A. Accordingly, O P Rathi & Co. shall no longer be associated with the Company in the capacity of Internal Auditors.
