Samvardhana Motherson International’s step down wholly owned subsidiary -- PKC Wiring Systems LLC, Serbia (PKC Serbia) has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, namely, ‘Motherson PKC Electric Cable D.O.O. Pozarevac’ (MPEC) within the jurisdiction of Republic of Serbia.
Motherson PKC Electric Cable D.O.O. Pozarevac will inter-alia be engaged in the business of manufacture of other electronic and electric wires and cables.
