Infonative Solutions has informed that KFIN Technologies (‘KFIN’) was appointed as a Registrar to the Issue during proceeding of Initial Public Offer (‘IPO’). Further the Company has continued the appointment of KFIN as the Registrar and Transfer Agent (‘KFIN’) and has entered into an agreement with KFIN on July 08th, 2025 for providing the services as the RTA to the Company. And the said agreement shall be effective from April 08, 2025 (the date of Listing).
