In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, ITC Hotels has informed that it enclosed copies of the newspaper clippings of the Notice published on completion of despatch of the Notice of the 2nd Annual General Meeting matter on 19th July, 2025 in Kolkata editions of the newspapers: ‘Business Standard’ (English), and ‘Bartaman’ (‘Bengali’). The aforesaid Notice was also published, in the Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi, Lucknow, Mumbai, New Delhi and Pune editions of Business Standard.
