Further, in continuation to earlier intimation dated June 27, 2025 and in compliance with the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Person(s), the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons including Insiders, had already been closed with effect from July 01, 2025 and shall remain closed till Forty-Eight (48) hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2025.
