Further as per Company’s Code of Conduct framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended), and with reference to its notice dated 26th June, 2025 of Closure of Trading Window, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company was closed from 1st July, 2025 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30-06-2025.
