Mold-Tek Packaging has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations), as amended, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, July 28, 2025, to: a) consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended on June 30, 2025. b) recommend final dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2025. Further to letter dated June 27, 2025, the Company has closed its trading window with effect from July 01, 2025 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended on June 30, 2025, accordingly the trading window will remain closed till July 30, 2025.
